Industries Digital Assets

Contracts, custody and infrastructure that have to survive an audit and a bad week.

In short

Digital-asset products carry their risk in the open: contracts anyone can call, keys that cannot be reset, and records that have to match a legal register. We build for exchanges, issuers, funds and protocols, starting from what must never happen and working back to the code.

Digital Assets: Contracts, custody and infrastructure that have to survive an audit and a bad week.
What we see

The problems this sector brings

  • Token standards that assume free transfer where the rules say otherwise
  • Admin keys with no separation, no timelock, and no recovery plan
  • Indexers that drift from chain state and are trusted anyway
How we work

What we do about them

  • Invariants written before the implementation, then fuzzed against it
  • Role separation under multisig with a timelock on anything privileged
  • Indexing that reconciles against the chain and alerts when it cannot

What we build

Systems we build for digital assets

  1. 01

    Tokenization platforms

Permissioned tokens, investor onboarding and reconciliation with the legal register, for funds, bonds and other real-world assets.

  2. 02

    Exchanges and trading

Centralized and decentralized exchanges: matching, custody flows, liquidity pools and the admin tooling behind them.

  3. 03

    Wallets and custody

Smart-contract wallets, multisig and role-separated treasury operations, with recovery designed in.

  4. 04

    Protocol contracts

DeFi, staking and governance contracts with the invariants written first, then fuzzed and reviewed.

Questions

Digital Assets: common questions

Do your reviews replace an external audit?

No. For contracts holding meaningful value we recommend an independent audit as well; our review means the auditor spends their time on the hard problems.

Which chains do you build on?

Ethereum and EVM-compatible networks, including the main layer-2 rollups, and Rust-based chains such as Solana where a project needs them.

Who holds the keys?

You do. Admin roles sit under your multisig with a timelock on privileged actions, and the recovery plan is designed with you before deployment.
