Web3 · Service Account abstraction and smart wallet development

ERC-4337 smart accounts with passkey sign-in, sponsored gas, session keys and tested recovery, so users never see a seed phrase or a gas prompt.

In short

Account abstraction replaces a wallet controlled by a single private key with a smart contract account that can have its own rules: sign in with a passkey, let an app pay the gas, approve several actions at once, and recover access without a seed phrase. ERC-4337 is the standard that makes this work on Ethereum-compatible networks. We build the accounts, the gas sponsorship and the recovery flow.

When you need it

Signs this is the right service

  • New users drop out at "write down these twelve words".
  • Users need to hold a network's token just to pay for their first action.
  • One task takes four separate signature prompts.
  • There is no way back in for a user who loses their device.
What's included

What you get

Smart accounts

ERC-4337 accounts with batched transactions, spending limits and session keys, so a user approves an intent once.

Passkey sign-in

WebAuthn-based onboarding with two credentials registered up front, because a single passkey is tied to one device ecosystem.

Sponsored gas

Paymaster policies that define who is sponsored, for which actions and up to what limit, enforced on the server.

Recovery

Guardian or social recovery with a time delay, designed and then rehearsed with real users before launch.

Bundler and monitoring

Bundler infrastructure or a managed provider, with alerts on failed operations and sponsorship spend.

How we deliver it

The process

  1. 01

    Map the user journey

Every point where a user signs, pays or could be locked out.

  2. 02

    Choose the account and providers

Account implementation, bundler and paymaster, selected for the networks you need.

  3. 03

    Build and test recovery first

The flow people use while panicking gets tested as often as sign-up.

  4. 04

    Launch with limits

Sponsorship ceilings and rate limits in place before real traffic.

Questions

Account abstraction & smart wallets: common questions

Do users still need a seed phrase?

No. With a passkey the key lives in the device's secure hardware and is unlocked with a fingerprint or face. Recovery is handled by a second credential or by guardians.

Who pays for gas?

Whoever your policy says: you can sponsor every action, only the first few, or only certain types, with a ceiling per user. Users can also pay in a stablecoin instead of the network token.

Is a smart account custodial?

Not by default. The user holds the credential that controls the account. Custody is a design choice we make with you and document, with its trade-offs.

Does this work on layer-2 networks?

Yes. ERC-4337 is deployed on the main layer-2 rollups, where lower fees make sponsoring gas practical.
