Web2 · Service Cloud infrastructure and DevOps

AWS infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability and on-call runbooks, built so your own team can operate the platform after we leave.

In short

Cloud infrastructure and DevOps work covers where your software runs and how changes reach it: servers and networks, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and the response when something breaks. We define infrastructure as code on AWS, build pipelines that test and deploy every change, and set up the dashboards, alerts and runbooks your team needs to run it.

When you need it

Signs this is the right service

  • Infrastructure was set up by hand and nobody can recreate it.
  • Deployments are manual, slow, or avoided on Fridays.
  • You learn about outages from customers.
  • The cloud bill is growing faster than usage.
What's included

What you get

Infrastructure as code

Every resource defined in Terraform, reviewed like application code, and reproducible in a new account.

CI/CD pipelines

Automated tests, security scanning and deployment on every change, with preview environments and one-step rollback.

Observability

Logs, metrics and traces through OpenTelemetry, with dashboards tied to what users experience.

Alerts and runbooks

Service-level objectives, alerts that mean something, and written steps for the incidents that are likely.

Cost and security review

Right-sized resources, least-privilege access, secrets management and a monthly cost baseline.

How we deliver it

The process

  1. 01

    Review what exists

Accounts, networks, deployments and access, with risks ranked.

  2. 02

    Codify

Existing resources brought under Terraform before anything new is added.

  3. 03

    Automate delivery

Pipelines built so the safe way to deploy is also the easy way.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Runbooks and a walkthrough, or we stay on call under an agreed response time.

Questions

Cloud infrastructure & DevOps: common questions

Do you only work with AWS?

AWS is where we do most of our work. We also work with GCP and Azure when a client is already there; the practices are the same.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Often not. Managed container services or serverless are simpler to run for many products. We recommend Kubernetes when the workload or the team size justifies operating it.

Can you take over on-call?

Yes, under an agreed response window, with a named engineer. We can also set your team up to carry it and step back.

Will we be able to run this without you?

That is the standard we build to: code in your repository, documentation written as we go, and a handover a new hire could follow.
