Web2 · Service MVP development for startups

A first version built to answer one question: scoped to what proves the idea, shipped to real users, on a codebase you can keep building on afterwards.

In short

A minimum viable product (MVP) is the smallest version of a product that can answer the question you most need answered: will people use this, will they pay, does the technology work. We scope an MVP around that question, build it as a fixed-scope project, and ship it on a codebase designed to be extended rather than thrown away.

MVP development for startups — how Vayro delivers it: Define what it must prove, then Fix the scope and price, then Build and demo every two weeks, then Launch and learn. Includes scope cut to one question, design and build, foundations worth keeping, analytics for the question.
When you need it

Signs this is the right service

  • You have an idea, perhaps a design, and need a working product in front of real users.
  • You are raising money and investors want to see something that runs.
  • A prototype built with no-code tools or generated code has reached its limit.
  • The feature list keeps growing and nobody can say which parts the first version really needs.
What's included

What you get

Scope cut to one question

A workshop that separates what the first version must prove from what can wait, ending in a written scope.

Design and build

Product design, web or mobile app, API and database, built by one team.

Foundations worth keeping

Authentication, a sound data model, automated tests and deployment — the parts that are hard to add later.

Analytics for the question

Events that measure the thing the MVP exists to learn, so the result is evidence and not an impression.

A plan for what comes next

A short written roadmap and estimate for the following stage, whether we build it or your own hires do.

How we deliver it

The process

  1. 01

    Define what it must prove

One or two sessions to agree the question, the user and the measure of success.

  2. 02

    Fix the scope and price

A written scope and a fixed quote, paid by milestone.

  3. 03

Build and demo every two weeks

You see working software from the first cycle and can change priorities between cycles.

  4. 04

    Launch and learn

Release to real users, read the numbers together, and decide the next step on evidence.

Questions

MVP development: common questions

How small should an MVP be?

Small enough to ship while the question still matters, and complete enough that a real user can finish the main task without help. First versions more often fail by including too much than too little.

Will we have to rebuild it later?

Not if it is built properly. We keep the scope small and the foundations sound — data model, tests, deployment — so the product can grow from the same codebase.

Can you help if we have no technical co-founder?

Yes. A fractional CTO engagement gives you a senior engineer for architecture, hiring and vendor decisions alongside the build.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit, in your own repository and cloud account.
