Industries Fintech & Payments

Money movement where a retry is a duplicate payment and a timeout is a support call.

In short

Fintech software is judged on the bad day: the timeout in the middle of a transfer, the partner file that arrives twice, the balance that does not match the bank. We build payment flows, ledgers and reconciliation for teams that move money, with the failure cases designed before the happy path.

Fintech & Payments: Money movement where a retry is a duplicate payment and a timeout is a support call.
What we see

The problems this sector brings

  • Reconciliation that only tells you about a break the next morning
  • Partner integrations with five different file formats and no schema
  • Idempotency added after the first duplicate transfer, not before
How we work

What we do about them

  • Idempotency keys and exactly-once semantics designed in, not bolted on
  • Ledger-first data models where balances are derived, never edited
  • Per-partner ingestion with quarantine, so one bad file stops one partner

What we build

Systems we build for fintech & payments

  1. 01

    Payment orchestration

One API in front of several payment providers, with idempotency keys, retries that cannot double-charge, and routing you control.

  2. 02

    Ledgers

Double-entry ledgers where every balance is derived from immutable entries and can be explained line by line.

  3. 03

    Reconciliation

Automated matching of your records against bank and partner statements, with breaks raised the same day.

  4. 04

    Stablecoin and crypto rails

On-chain settlement, payment gateways and treasury flows for businesses adding digital-asset payments.

Questions

Fintech & Payments: common questions

Do you handle regulatory compliance for fintech products?

We build the controls compliance needs — audit trails, monitoring hooks, separation of access — to the requirements your compliance team and counsel define. We do not give legal or regulatory advice.

Can you work with our existing payment providers and banks?

Yes. Most of this work is integration: we build an adapter per partner with its own validation and quarantine, so one partner's problem stays with that partner.

How do you test software that moves money?

With property-based tests on the ledger, replayed partner files, injected timeouts and duplicate deliveries, and a reconciliation run that has to balance before release.
