How is this different from staff augmentation?
- You get a team with a lead who is accountable for delivery, not individual contractors you manage one by one. The pod brings its own review habits and works to your definition of done.
What is the minimum commitment?
- One quarter. A team needs that long to learn a codebase and repay the investment; shorter work is better scoped as a fixed project.
How is a dedicated team priced?
- A monthly retainer per engineer. Starting prices are on the pricing page, and the quote is fixed in writing before work starts.
Who owns the work?
- You do. All code is written in your repository under your accounts, and ownership is stated in the contract.
