Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. If you use the contact form, that is your name and email address, the project details you write, and anything optional you choose to add: phone number, company, country, budget range, timeline, a link to a brief, a preferred date and time for a call (with your time zone, so we can match it), how you heard about us, and whether you would like an NDA. If you email us directly, we hold that email.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. Until you choose Accept, no Google script is loaded and no cookie is set. If you accept, Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies, _ga and a second one beginning _ga_, which hold a random identifier and last up to two years.

Google Analytics records the pages you view, the page you came from, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (country and city, worked out from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store). We also count when someone clicks a link to contact us, or sends the contact form, but never what the form says. We do not use advertising features, Google signals or remarketing, and we do not link this data to your enquiry.

Google LLC processes this data for us, and may do so outside India. We keep event data in Google Analytics for 14 months. Decline, or change your mind below, and the cookies are removed and nothing more is sent. The site loads no advertising or social tracking scripts.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation it starts. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Who can see it

Our own team, and the providers we use to run the business:

• Our hosting provider, which serves this site and runs the form endpoint that receives your message.
• Our email provider, which delivers and stores the message.
• Google, which provides Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics.

Each of them processes the data on our instructions only.

Server logs

Our host keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent — for security and diagnostics. They are not linked to your enquiry and are retained for a short period.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick it up again. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@vayro.global and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
