AI · Service AI consulting and strategy

AI consulting from engineers: find the use cases worth building, check your data and systems are ready, decide build or buy, and leave with a costed roadmap.

In short

AI consulting helps a business decide where artificial intelligence is worth using, and how to do it safely. Done well, it produces a short list of use cases ranked by value and risk, an honest view of whether your data and systems are ready, a build-or-buy recommendation for each, and a roadmap with costs. Our consultants are the engineers who would build the result, so the advice stays practical.

AI consulting and strategy — how Vayro delivers it: Listen, then Test the shortlist, then Write it down, then Optionally build. Includes use-case discovery, readiness assessment, build, buy or wait, risk and governance.
When you need it

Signs this is the right service

  • Leadership wants an AI plan and the team does not know where to start.
  • Many AI ideas are competing and none has a clear business case.
  • A pilot worked in a demo but nobody knows how to take it to production.
  • You need to choose between AI vendors, platforms and building in-house.
What's included

What you get

Use-case discovery

Workshops and interviews to find tasks where AI saves real time or money, ranked by value, feasibility and risk.

Readiness assessment

Where your data lives, its quality and permissions, and which systems an AI feature would need to reach.

Build, buy or wait

For each use case: an off-the-shelf tool, a custom build, or not yet — with the reasons written down.

Risk and governance

Data protection, model risk, human oversight and the policies your teams need before rollout.

Roadmap and estimates

A sequenced plan with effort, running costs and success measures for each step.

How we deliver it

The process

  1. 01

    Listen

Interviews with the people who do the work today, not only the people who want AI.

  2. 02

    Test the shortlist

Quick prototypes on your real data for the top ideas, so the ranking is evidence, not opinion.

  3. 03

    Write it down

A plain report: what to do first, what to buy, what to avoid, and why.

  4. 04

    Optionally build

If you go ahead, the same engineers build the first use case.

Questions

AI consulting & strategy: common questions

How long does an AI strategy engagement take?

Typically two to three weeks for a focused assessment and roadmap, longer if many teams are involved.

Do you recommend specific vendors?

We recommend what fits each use case, including off-the-shelf tools when they are good enough. We have no reseller arrangements that would bias the advice.

What if our data is not ready?

That is a common and useful finding. The roadmap then starts with the data work that unlocks the most valuable use cases.

Can you train our team?

Yes — on using AI tools safely, and on building and evaluating AI features for your engineers.
