Enterprise SaaS Attendance and leave for a distributed workforce
Mobile check-in with location rules, shift rosters and leave approvals in one system, producing attendance data payroll can use without manual correction.
The problem
Attendance was captured on paper registers and device exports, leave was approved over messages, and every month someone reconciled the two by hand before payroll could run.
What made it hard
People worked across offices, sites and the field, on different shifts, under leave policies that varied by location — and payroll needed a figure it could trust at the end of every month.
What we built
A web and mobile attendance system with geofenced check-in, shift rosters, regularisation requests, leave types and accrual rules per location, multi-level approvals, and monthly attendance summaries exported in the format payroll uses.

The result
Attendance and leave are recorded in one place as they happen, and the month-end payroll input comes from the system instead of a spreadsheet reconciliation.
